and it’s how we support young people interested in piping & drumming and pipe band communities across Scotland.

Through our programme, we bring the NYPBS experience directly to people where they are. Our work is about making music with everyone, no matter their background, age, or experience.

These sessions are designed to be fun, accessible, and inclusive, with bespoke material tailored to suit different levels and settings. Our Engagement programme offers a welcoming introduction to the NYPBS experience and is often the first step for those curious about joining our Ensembles. Unlike the Ensembles, there are no entry requirements, so you can take part no matter where you are on your musical journey.
